RYAN SUESS
Worship Leader & Campus Minister
Hi, I'm Ryan Suess. I am one of the people responsible for making worship
happen every week. I work with a team of musicians mostly practicing, and
implementing worship for Sunday Services.
I also spend half my time working as a College minister at the
University of Washington. My desire is to see students make a
decision to follow Christ during there time at University. This was
my story, and I have such a heart to see others experience a life of
purpose following God
BASIC STUFF
I grew up in Lodi, California and then moved to Ferndale, WA when I
was ten. I first came to seattle in 2002 to attend Seattle Pacific
University where I studied for four years. After college graduation I
felt the call into worship and college ministry so I moved to
Nashville, TN to attend a training school specific to my ministry
calling. In the Spring of 2007 I moved back to Seattle where I reside
now working for Every Nation Ministries and this local church. I
currently live in South Seattle on Beacon Hill.
I love living an active lifestyle. I commute often around the city on
my bike which I have had for five years. In my life I have played
Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, Football, Rowing, Cross Country, and
Track and Field. I also love hiking which makes living in the Pacific
Northwest an ideal place to live! Fly fishing is also something I
like to do to just unwind.
EDUCATION: Seattle Pacific
University -- BS in Biology (Emphasis on Human Anatomy)

- Places: Standing in a river fly fishing pole in hand, standing on top of a mountain, California beaches, Seattle (PNW in general)
- What's on your iPod: Iron and Wine, Miles Davis, Jonny Lang, Marc Broussard, Dave Barnes
- Books: Velvet Elvis, Great Expectations, Medical Thrillers
- What do you TiVo: I don't watch T.V. I watch movies. I do however Itunes LOST
and the OFFICE which I watch religiously
- Sports Team: University of California Berkely Golden Bears
- Movies: Royal Tenenbaums, Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, A
Mighty Wind, Epics, Historical films, Documentaries
- Hobbies: Fishing, hiking, biking, running, sports, art, and music
- Dislikes: Melon (It's is the only food I've tried that I can't stomach)
