Dave Stalsbroten

Nicaragua

Dave Stalsbroten
Hey everybody! My name is Dave Stalsbroten. I’m in Nicaragua working with AMOS Health and Hope, a Christian NGO that offers preventive healthcare to underserved communities in rural Nicaragua. I”m serving here for most of this year, helping with communications and delegations coordination. So you ask, “What exactly is your job?” Basically I am helping with two aspects of AMOS’ daily operations: 1) communication with donors/supporters and 2) logistics for mission teams (delegations) that come from the US. I’m excited that I’m now helping to coordinate for a team from Every Nation Church Seattle to come in September!

I grew up in Anacortes (same house for 18 years!), and moved to Seattle to attend Seattle Pacific University. After a lifetime of hearing about God and seeing His love in the lives of those around me, I came face to face with my Creator and He changed me forever.

I’m passionate about seeing young people live in genuine, wholehearted relationship with Jesus. It’s my desire that they would become mature, whole individuals who see their world through the eyes of Christ. Reconciliation, generosity, and justice — these are a few of the issues that I care deeply about.

E & J

Europe

E & J
Hello, we are the M’s!

E: I was born and raised in the Philippines and came to know Christ while in college. I went to Bible School and got involved in missions. Winning people to Christ and discipling young people became my greatest passion in life.

J: I’m American but grew up in the Philippines as a missionary kid. I always knew I would return to the field and after graduating from Western Washington University I went to teach English in China for 3 years. I love discipling ladies, helping others accomplish their goals and ministering to women and marginalized communities.

Since getting married in 1998 we have lived in the Philippines, India, the USA and now Europe. We enjoy this life of adventure as God leads us and our two daughters to un-harvested fields.

Currently, we are working in Europe with an Every Nation church planting team.
