I was born and raised in the Philippines and came to Seattle in March 2010 with my husband, Arvin. We plugged in ourselves to Every Nation Church Seattle right away. The summer of that same year, I entered the portals of Fuller Northwest Theological Seminary. It was the toughest year, yet it was the most exciting one. Everything was new for us: new place to live, new church to belong, new school to learn (for me) and new workplace to flourish (for Arvin).

I went to Fuller with the Philippines in mind. I thought God called me to teach and equip my fellow Filipino ministers and leaders in one of the seminaries back home.  I have known later on, however, that the mission field is not so much of a place, but it is where God is at work; that a place (for instance, the Philippines) is not my destination, but Jesus is.  With this in mind,  my husband and I started a community group (Cgroup), first in Downtown Seattle, then in the East-side and 2 more groups in Everett and Lynnwood. Planting Cgroup and giving it away to reliable men and women has become the apparent movement of God in our walk with Him at this present time. And this did not slip away from the eyes of our pastors, particularly to our discipleship pastor. She tapped me into joining ENCS staff. So in October 2017, I embarked on my journey as Cgroup Director of Every Nation Church Seattle.
