New To Church

No matter how you ended up on our site, we’re glad you’re here and appreciate the opportunity to let you know a little bit more about us.

Every Nation Church began in 2001 when some friends from Corvallis, Oregon moved to Seattle to start a brand new church. As we moved into different parts of the city we began reaching out to people in our communities and several college campuses. What started out as a few friends seeking God together in a living room has now turned into a community church made up of people from all over the greater Seattle area. Since that first Sunday on a living room floor we have met in community centers, other church buildings, and we currently meet in a movie theater!

Where we meet, however, is not nearly as important as why we meet. We don’t believe that the church is a building — rather, we believe people make up the church. The church is not merely an organization, but is first and foremost an organism — a living, dynamic body of believers in Jesus. We invite you to learn more about the Gospel and What it means to Know God.

If you are new to Seattle, welcome! We put together a New to Seattle page with some links that will hopefully help you settle in.

We understand that life in the city can be chaotic, and we know that even in city full of people it’s easy to feel alone. We want to help you find a place where you can connect with others in your stage of life and pursue your spiritual journey with others. The best way we’ve found to do that is through Community Groups.

If, after you’ve had the chance to read more about us and what we believe and have any questions please let us know by dropping us an email or calling us at 206-838-9277.

No matter where you are on your spiritual journey — whether you are looking into the Christian faith for the first time, or whether you have walked closely with God for decades — we invite you to be our guest at our Sunday service.

Thanks again for stopping by, we hope to see you soon!
