The Gospel Class (101)
Want to learn more about what it means to know and follow God? Or are you already a Christian but you’re new to Every Nation Church? The Gospel Class is the ‘starting point’ for people to new to Every Nation and is a great place to get questions answered and to help you grow no matter where you are on your spiritual journey.
The Gospel Class consists of 3 sessions where we’ll take a fresh look at the revolutionary message of Jesus Christ. The word “Gospel” literally means “Good News.” It is the announcement of something that has happened in real history that changes your life forever. Unfortunately, sometimes the Gospel has been reduced to “good advice” or “good rules to follow,” but these truncated versions of the Gospel lack the power to bring joy and transformation to our lives the way Jesus intended.
As we look more closely at the Gospel we will discover that ‘history’ is truly “His Story” and that our lives make sense only as we come to know and walk in the purposes for which God created us.
The Gospel class is designed for anyone open to learning more about Jesus and what it means to follow Him. Christians (both new and you veterans) and non-Christians are welcome. All people will be shown love and respect. This is a safe place for you to come with your questions and doubts.
The Gospel class is typically offered once per quarter and is the first step in becoming a member at ENC. The next class is being held May 6, 13, & 20.You can bring your own lunch from home, or grab something at one of the restaurants next to the cinema. At 12:30pm we’ll jump into our time of teaching, which will be followed by a time of Q & A and discussion. There is no cost to attend. We meet at the “Cardroom” downstairs at Aljoya (450 NE 100th St., Seattle, 98125).
If you are interested in becoming a member at ENC, we also encourage you to take the “Church Family Class (201)“. (These classes can be taken in any order).
