We have a “Great Opportunity” to bring change to North America and the city of Seattle in the next 20-30 years. Today we will hear about this opportunity and how it pertains to the mission of the Church.

 

‘Evidence for Design in Nature’, Dr. Brian Miller – Feb 28

Dr. Brian Miller is the Research Coordinator for the Discovery Institute & an apologist for Every Nation Ministries. He has a BS in physics from MIT and a PhD in physics from Duke University. He speaks internationally on the topics of intelligent design, the resurrection, reliability of the Gospels, and the Christian worldview. Join us as we hear from him at the University of Washington, Weds Feb 28, 7pm @ the Welcome Center HUB.

 

SEND Discipleship School – Mar 4

Seattle Every Nation Discipleship School (SEND) is a 2-yr program created by Every Nation Ministries. It consists of courses in discipleship and biblical studies for anyone who wants to be better equipped to disciple others. See flier for details. Believe 101 Class – Mar 4

Kids Church is hosting a family bowling event! Sat, Feb 24, 5p @ Spin Alley (1430 NW Richmond Beach Rd, Shoreline). We have reserved 4 lanes. Cost is $5.50 per person for 1 game + $4 for shoes.

Let’s explore Christmas through the eyes of Matthew!  We want to see who he included in his Gospel, how they respond to Christ’s coming, and how we are to live out the incarnation of Jesus through our own lives this Christmas season.

NO CHURCH SERVICE NEXT SUNDAY – Dec 31

Our Ministry Teams and staff work hard each week to make our gathering possible, and we want to give the gift of rest to everyone on Sun Dec 31. We will not have our normal Sunday church gathering that day. We will resume our normal Sunday gatherings on Sun Jan 7.

 

EN Week of Fasting & Prayer – Jan 8-12

We believe God has great things in store for us all in 2018, and we are setting aside a week in January to seek God together in fasting and prayer. Fasting guide booklets available TODAY at the book table. The digital version is available here.

 

Worship & Prayer Night + Soup! – Jan 12

Join us at the end of our week of fasting for a special night of Worship & Prayer. Then stick around and break the fast with homemade soup and bread! Fri Jan 12, 6:30-9p, at Epic Life Church.  Please email office.encs@gmail.com if you’re willing to bring a pot of soup to the event.

Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday this year! We’ll sing Christmas carols, hear a message from Pastor Perry, and enjoy a few other special surprises. Join us at our normal time, 10a, at Regal Cinemas to celebrate the reason for the season!
